To begin August and the Niagara Trip...we shall start with Hogan...at a comic book store. Very funny...

This is the most interesting thing we could think of. 

We saw this on the way to Buffalo for the Erie County Fair. I think it summerizes the experience well. 

For Kari's 20th birthday Dave and I took her to Niagara Falls for the night. Dave got a FANCY hotel...check out the lighting...oooo.

You can't take us anywhere....especially someplace fancy. 

We went to the Casino. I had never been, so now I know how to be a cool old lady. Then we saw a nightclub... 

Kari and I were the dancin queens of the club...she only had 1 at dinner 

We got Dave "tipsy"

The next morning we checked out of the hotel. Check out the prime position it has on the strip.

Dave took Kari and I to the Butterfly conservatory in Niagara...Eeee! And they would land everywhere and fly all around you! 

A MILLION BUTTERFLIES! 

All of the butterflies loved these purple flowers... 

This one is a little mangy...like its been in a butterfly fight... 

There was a whole case of pupas...crysalits (?), this is one drying its wings.  

Hee hee, butterfly landed on my butt...

So another one of those blue butterflies landed on my toes...as you can see. It tickled and he wouldn't come off.
